Flyhal fc600 UPGRADES

hii friends
I'm new in all this RC cars world
and i buy my first RC car
Flyhal fc600 brushless 1/16
to tall the truth i love this car
but i have a problem i didn't find parts for it to make some upgrades and some fixing
i find alots of kits to different cars but not for this one

i looking for everything that can be fits to this model

different wheels
different shell color or shape
body, spoiler, iron parts evrithing .....

i will very glad to get some helps from pros

Welcome in @porianl , unfortunately you found out the hard way of what you should do first.
Always research available parts before you buy the rig. RCs break and the break often.
When you buy a rig and there isn't any available parts and something breaks then you have nothing more than a expensive paperweight.
A good rule of thumb is surf through several online hobby stores like A-main, HobbyTown, Tower Hobbies, places like this just to see
what rigs are available. If all the online stores has the same particular rig then chances are there is available parts.

and yes your right i was need to do this check before
but i see alots of videos on youtube on this model and see its have alots of seals on banggood
so i think it be having alots of spears parts

i found some original parts for it
wheels , shell , wheelie bar

but i looking for a different items from the original
maybe a different color shell
or a road wheels

i see someone told that
HBX 16889a pro and the SG 1602
have alots of same parts

but i don't know what is the exact parts that fit to my model and how to pick them

i think that alots of people have the same problem like me
and i think that i will find my answer here

this is my first buy from banggood
but i have to say ship was very fast and the car is a beast for the price i have paid for it

my brother buy the MJX 16207 also from banggood
and i love my car alots more from his car
and i know the MJX is 3S and abit faster and very easy to find parts
but its very hard to control

so if i will find more spears parts
i will be very satisfied from my buying

i know i will find my answer here
because i know its have fits parts from different models

i hope that someone that have same problem like me in the past will see this post and helps

so from my research i understand that the metal parts for this model is the same as the HBX 16889 pro
also the wheels and the wheelie bar
so i order it hope it be ok (i will update of course )

for the body shell i find the original model and order it (if i find parallel shells and i test it will also update)

about the wheels i order 2 types
one is the HBX 16889 PRO 1/16
and the second i order HBX 903 1/12
if it fits it make it monster tracks

For the love of God, please dont get aluminum arms. I would only use them if the car will be a shelf queen. For the other parts, aluminum will be fine. I stick with steel driveshafts and turnbuckles.

Aluminum parts especially arms are notorious for bending when crashing or causing other parts to break. Also added weight will make car drive worst.

Tomorrow maybe I make a video about one nitro rustler all aluminum disaster that I bought used

Just like @Bogda89 said. Aluminum is strong. But it isn't flexible. So if you crash, the forces will either bend the arm, or send it to another part which either breaks or bends that part. If aluminum, the forces might just bounce around and around. Plastic is flexible so if you crash, it flexes and turns back to normal.

On other parts aluminum, like turnbuckles, I snapped 3 aluminum turnbuckles before. Then I went back to steel. Never snapped a steel one in my 7 years of RC.

For driveshafts, do want either plastic or steel. I use steel. With aluminum, same with the arms, it will bend.

More on this. These were specifically on Traxxas aluminum ones. Traxxas does lie about their aluminum strength. Maybe other aluminum turnbuckles might be better? I would always stick with steel or titanium.

You change only when you break something. I know some people like to upgrade stuff for no reason, I run rc car as is, and if I brake something then I can consider if I want to change with stock part or aftermarket.

Titanium parts are used for race grade rc cars. I have couple cars that have titanium turn buckles and ball ends. I would not spend extra money and definitely I would not buy if they are thicker than stock. For example on my tekno et410.2 I have titanium turnbuckles that are thicker than stock and plastic ends have to be drilled out, so it makes them weaker

The good aluminum parts in that kit would be hubs and the bellcranks.

Since it is a cheap bangood car. Highly doubt there is any other parts like steel.

i will make changes for the metal parts only if the original will break

but for the wheels i want the biggest that possibly for this model
i think its will drive better if it be bigger no ?
