RC Driving Style
gone and done a stupid thing, whist restarting the engine after a cut out i accidently knocked the reciever power switch off as i put the car down. cue one totalled nitro buggy after a 10 metre run at full throttle into a wall. looked quite sorry for itself with the rear wheel hanging off the top wishbone, and then found the front suspension mount was cracked too. 3 cable ties later its a.ok structure wise, should be easily capable of taking the punishment. unfortunatly i stripped the starter cog of its teeth so didnt get to try it. bummer. why tho is it that try as i might i can NEVER get the thing going straight at speed (just ends up spinning) yet in this instance it did it fine just in a situation where it would have been preferable. oh well, perfect time for new tyres and 4 wheel drive kit. :whhooo:

if it doesn't go straight your steering trim may be off of your toe could be off

I remeber my first crash. I was running my stampede in a small dirt area and i hit the curb. I ended up breakin the caster block. Super glued it back together, but that heald for about a minute until i crashed again. Now i've had my fair share of crashes with my t-maxx.....

WHaddup TOny,

Sorry to here of your misfortune but It happens to the best of US....many more often then not..hehe. My First actuall RC Wreck was a Cox .049 powered Touring car when I was a kid. I'd just finished building the car which was my first non Toy store car. I was driving it in a parking lot ...... It went straight into traffic where it was demolished by 4 cars. The only thing that wasn't ruined was the tires.

FYI.....A proper throttle return setup could have prevented your carnage.

Peace
