Well damn, I never thought the day would come.

This has been an on going deal for almost four months...and the house was already built at that lol My wife has been doing all kind of stuff to the new home getting it the way she wants it. The move in date was June 5th but that changed as soon as she sold the exsiting house we live in lol It's all because I hit the neighbors fence with my truck...long story but the guy wanted the old house for his kids. So he made us a deal and that put a fire under everyone to get a move on. The sad thing is, most of the work being done is still weeks from being finnished....namely my shop :( I go over to the house every day hoping the workers will be there installing my benches etc but no such luck. My wife is pretty awsome, I was going to buy some Homedepo/Sears stuff but she had her cabinet guy build me a set up instead. I later found out it was because she wanted the style to kinda match the flow of the rest of the surrounding house lol I don't mind, the stuff should turn out way better than I planned it :thankyou: I would post pictures...but everything is packed up right now.

Also if anyone is in the Midland/Odessa Texas area, we're having a huge moving sale this weekend. We pretty much bought everything new for the new house. Just PM me and I'll get you a number and Dirrections.

Ain't it just funny how they run around making sure their nest is feathered just right, heaven forbid the flow isn't just right. lol My wife was exactly the same when we moved in here, still is for the most part. I hate to addmit it, but they are right as far as looking better. I still stand by," function is its own form of beauty."

Move to Minnesota! Then I could have someone to bash with! lol..

Hey, Ray. don't count me in to help move ya...I was there in late September so you missed your chance!!! J/K.

Take some pics of the completed garage/workshop once you get it all set up!

Yes sir, the house sure looks better than what it would of if I had done it lol As for the function part....that must be a guy thing because I feel the same way.

It all sounded pretty good until you mentioned Minnesota...I'm just not sure a natural born Texan could handle that much cold for to long lol

Congrats on the move.
I want out of my house so bad I can't stand it! We got pre-approved for a loan about 2 years ago. Went to looking pretty hard. I found a place I liked, walked the property lines, got all the info and the 'ol lady tells me she doesn't want it. Haven't looked since.

Well I just got off the phone with the painters/cabinet guys...the shop stuff is ready to install  So in about a week or two it should be up and running :)

Anyways Zandor, if alcohol would have been envold....the story would be 10x more interresting lol

My son and I was really sick for like a week. We couldn't get out of the house for atleast three - four days. I got over it quicker than he did and just had to get out of the house. I guess you could call it cabin feaver. Any how, I was backing out of the drive and there my son was in the window sad because he couldn't go. I was all waving to him and wasn't paying much attention to anything else. Then BAMM!!! It's not to bad but they the bumper needs to go.
