That looks like it is put out by CEN company ,they put out some reasonably cheap
cars ,if you look at E-bay in the Radio control line section ,you might can find them ,
sometimes I go there to get info from the people that sell them!..

Need more pics my man. But i swear that looks like it uses servo arms for steering linkages. Might be a home brew...

The A arm is broke off. the C hub is missing along with steering knuckle. not a home brew

I just came from Ebay ,I seen some c-hubs like that under the CEN products ,there was
also some steering ,pully's & gears ,didnt see no A-arms though!

You may find Tamiya TA02 parts that could fix if it is a conversion https://www.tamiyaclub.com/showroom_model.asp?cid=63248. Someone here asked for a conversion kit before.
