here its $0.98 liter for regular and like $107.5 liter for supreme. lucky me cause i don't drive yet!

i was just in seattle and I saw:

2.75
2.87
2.98

Thats just crazy.... but here (right where i live), you can get regular for $2.29. other places are like 2.69 for regular.

why is it so cheap in ca youd think more expens or is it cause so many people. anyway it 2.35 here in hillbilly land. what sucks is that my uncle got me a 1971 chevy cheyenne truck 6.1 liter and it cost 70.00 to fill it up and i start driving next year

Full service in Manhattan.
Suck on that!
Sorry about the quality.
I had something on my camera phone lense.

Better get a good paying job!

I'm glad I get 21mpg in my 96 ranger! Still costs $35 to fill up. I'm used to like $18

I was on dead empty today and have a 35 gallon tank on my work van.
$94.00 @ 2.69 per gallon.

I fill up every other, or every third day.
So it costs my boss $2-$250.00 a week in gas.
We have 45 company vans.
Thats roughly $11,000.00 a week in gas or $44,000 a month.

Just thought I'd reinforce my statement with a little analysis from an outside source. Of course, there could be other data that I haven't seen yet, but I think this article gives a fair enough perspective.

Thanks CandyMan! I like statistics!

What I can't believe is that a typical Honda accord gets 24mpg... My 98 grand marquee with a 4.6L V8 gets consistent 26mpg! 28mpg if I'm nice in traffic!!! I drive 108 miles a day. These fuel prices have been annoying to say the least. I really feel for some of you though. Although, I get better mileage running 70mph than 60mph. My trans stays in overdrive better when I cruise at 70mph. At 60, it's constantly down shifting and up shifting.

I think gas here in Northern IL (not the city or burbs) is 2.49, 2.59, 2.69, 2.79, 2.99. Got to love road ranger... they start their octane at 89 and have 5 grades for you to spend your money on. I normally run the 89 and only get lifter rattle under heavy load.

Chevron here in Napa

2.71
2.81
2.91

my city has the highest gas prices in the whole state and very often we get the highest in the country, Here you have to get gas in the morning cause by the time evening rolls around gas has gone up 10 cents.

Here in south Florida its about 2.50/gallon for regular. I have a 04' silverado with a v-6 I thought the v-6 would save me gas. Nope the engine just strains more and burns more than a v-8.
Now my wifes 04' Civic It gets like 40 mpg. If it wasn't for her car we'd go broke.

My wife just got back from a business trip in Palm Desert. She said she never saw Diesel #2 below 3.09.

We are taking the DP motorhome to Austin, TX for a family reunion in late Sept. The trip, if fuel stays that price, willl cost us 1800.00 round trip. I guess it might be better to fly first class, but I made certain promises that I need to keep for this trip so I guess flying options are out. Really sucks. At least I can enjoy driving the thing.

One thinig I dont get is, My city has a good size airport, alot of buisnesses and train stations and all kinds of stuff, we are the biggest city in southern Oregon, and first major city in Oregon from Cali, yet we pay huge gas prices, and when my familey and I whent on vacation and we were driveing through parts of Washigton and Idaho out in the middle of NO WERE and gas was very cheap anywere from 10 cents to 50 cents cheaper, that made me mad

well Tarant, you may have good suppy, but your local DEMAND is very high too, therefore higher prices. I'm hoping prices take a 10-20 cent dip over the winter when people drive less.

Here's what I don't understand: Gasoline is made NO MORE than two (2) miles away from where I live. Why the HELL does it cost less in Cali than here. I know freight costs out the ass way on the other side of the country. WTF?!

$2.49 for 87 unleded here in AZ is the cheapest. Most places are 2.52. I moved from OC/CA to AZ 6 years ago and gas was around 10 cents chearer per gal. Now AZ is just as high as CA.
