Just picked these Exotek kits up... I am impressed with every aspect of these conversions. They were not difficult to install. I am waiting on a new servo for the Mini LST, but for now I am using a factory Traxxas servo from one of my spare REVO's. I can not believe how much difference it made. It feels like a Mini Minster Truck now, not a fragile toy.

The Mini-T is mostly stock with bearings and shocks being the only upgrade so far. This chassis makes it feel more planted, but really wasn't needed until she goes brushless.

Both have the JConcepts Illuzion body.

I got the kit for a mini lst2 a while back and I agree with you about the quality and ease of installation. It was so worth it as now I'm not breaking one of those weak mini steering servos when it hits anything. I had the thing for less than a month and had spent over $100 on replacement servos. That was it. I was either getting rid of it or converting to single normal size servo. What a difference...

all stock on the mini t... and a losi ball diff in the LST2... what do you recommend ?

i saw LST in the first post and assumed you had the original. the LST2 has the metal diffs and thats my main concern with the original mlst i have. I am looking at the viscous diff conversion, mip center diff and mip cvd's for mine. After that a mamba micro along with a TBD motor and 3S should finish it off. I may check out the exotek conversion as well. I love this thing!

i just ordered the Exotek kit for my RC18T which turns it into a EXO-RC18X

i posted pics of the kit on the member project forum. its cool as hell. i can't wait to get started on that project. seems like everything they come out with is A+ stuff.

Great looking minis by the way
