Which vehicle / motor / pipe? I know my lst2 was burning through them like crazy until i switched to silicone gaskets by OFNA

thunder tiger ts4n with a 18bx motor with tuned pipe,

thunder tiger ts4n with a 18bx motor with tuned pipe,

I was burning up gaskets in my GT2 also, I solved that issue buy going to the local auto store and got a tube of black Permatex. Put down a small bead all around the header and header screws about 2 sheets of paper thick and no more problem! Make sure you leave it cure over night before you tighten it all the way and your good as gold. Best $4 exhaust fix I found :)
