Esc is definitely dead

ok so my ESC started smoking about a month ago just plugged it in today to see if it was definitely done and yes it is when i go hit the throttle, nothing but when i hit the steering it turns the servo and the motor starts spinning just though that was really odd

Once you let the magic smoke escape the ESC is done. They run on magic smoke you know
