I am thinking this is yet another good reason for my earlier suggestion of a UNMODERATED smack talking section. I agree the racist comments should not be allowed ANYWHERE but at least in a "anything goes" forum people like myself that have a very colorfull way of talking can go and talk without having to worry about some lil kid looking for an article on how to start his new t-maxx running into it. But I was told that that was what the general chaos forumn was for.

I think Woodie wanted you to PM him if you are afraid that there would be a backlash to your actions in public. But I feel as if you of all people will make sure its a public issue. Which makes me happy. I want to see the train coming before I get hit with it......

All that said, I couldnt agree more on the racist comments not being allowed. And if you have to 'cheat' to get a foul comment in then you know its not allowed. Hell, we let enough slide on the swears so this should be NO problem at all.

I would say just use common sense when you post but as I have visited other forums I can safely say common sense isn't all that common.

WoodiE and the gang - you guys are doing an awesome job. Once HPI fourms closed down I was lost and without an online home and I found RCNT. I enjoy coming here daily for information and to talk to others.

Doing this reality check just assures me more that I am at the right place and will direct anyone who asks me about RC's to RCNT.

Keep up the good work.

Christian, you should not have said that but thanks for the invite.
I can't speak for Sky but I will have no problem expressing my views with a mods decision in public.
Backlash smacklash, I have no problem with that either. You boy's do your job and we will do ours.

I'm serious, If anyone has a problem with me I would prefer them to voice it in public. This way, everyone can lend their 2 cents and I can correct the issue.

Rest assured, when I have an issue, I will address it in a publich fashion if that is your preference. I usually talk directly to you guys in AIM-land; and then if necessary, go to WoodiE. If you'd like me to bring it in the public forums, consider it done.

As for any fear of reprisal, I am not concerned with that. If I need to be brought in line, you guys usually handle that in an appropriate fashion.

I'm not speaking on any other mod or admins behalf. I'm talking about me.

Its the same we address issues where I work. We do it in a public forum so there are no things left unsaid. And when all is said and done it makes for a better workplace. Took some getting used to, but, now I prefer it.
