I need a 1/10 scale engine that would fit my Nitro Kyohso Sandmaster MK-2. It currently has the GT12SCR engine (original) and I was wondering if all the crankshaft lengths for 1/10 scale cars are the same? I need an engine that would fit this car for under $50, if you happen to have one used or new for that price or less, that would be great too. Thanks!

It would be easiest to stick to the same configuration as you have now. Exhaust and intake in the same location, same mount pattern, same crank setup, ect... $50 isn't going to get you very far though. You may be able to rebuild your current mill for close to $50.

i'm sure the kyosho GX15 would fit. Its the same size as the GX12. Then everything would be normal like Matt said. They are really cheap aswell.

I understand money can be tight but for that kinda money your not getting bearings, and iffy quality. You will be replacing it before the summer is over you would be better to just wait a little longer. Spend around $100 and buy something that will give you long lasting fun.:D CRAP+PARTS cost more than one good one!:whhooo:
