engine temp

How hot can an engine get after break in is done? Reason I am asking, I have a red cat truck as well that is broke in but it does get above 200 when running it.

Does or doesn't? I try to keep my temps between 210F and 260F on all my engines after break-in for their entire lives. I try to also get it above 200F before I get finished with the second tank.

210 to 260ish is about where it is running at. thanks
