I'm just wondering what could cause my engine to sputter it was running fine then when i open the throttle it kinda goes then cuts out then goes i dunno if Its a dirty air filter or what at first i thought it was radio problems because the servo link arm was moving back and forth irraticly but when i shut off engine and used the throttle it was fine anyway any suggestions

Its not the servo cause it operates fine when the engines not running at when i open the carb with my hand it kinda sucks in and out

sounds like your lean at first try richening up your needles? and also try what 2revo1 maxx said and get fresh batteries i remember my savage did it and i put new batts in and it was fine

There brand new batterys in receiver and i tried richening it up no luck

Is it possibly too rich? I know I was having similar problems but not as severe (would idle and run top speed just fine, but would stall out if I gunned it from idle), leaned up my low speed needle and that seems to have done it.

Ill try new batterys in tx there getting old but its just weird how when engine is not running the servos work fine

There must be some interference from the chassis. Look for any metal parts that have vibrated loose. Loose metal pieces clanging together can cause problems with any radio system.
