engine running on one cylinder

Hi, i have a semto engine twin cylinder and i ran into a problem, the engine runs on one cylinder and it runs normally only when you keep the igniter on the plug, the exhaust pipe keeps spitting fuel and the engine stays on (always on one cylinder) even if i completely close the main needle valve.
Help, is it a glow plug problem or is my carburetor broken?

Glow plug, or valve issue. Either way, it's something related to the cylinder.
