It sounds like it may have siezed.

Heat it up with a Hair dryer and see what happens. While you have the head off, put a little after run oil in there to lube it up.

After it's freed up, I'd strongly suggest pulling it apart and cleaning the gunk out of it. Then lube it up and reassemble it.

I hope this helps.

Thanks a lot ill be sure to try that tomorrow i really apreciate it lata

Did you run this without an air filter?

no i tink my fill up bottle gut a little bit of dirt in it,wait i just remember i did but it wasn't for that long maybe 10 seconds or so.

hair dryer did not work any other sugestions plz hel thanx a lot lata

Has it been sitting a while? My guess would be your gonna need a new sleeve and piston. If ya lube the hell out of it and it still aint moving, I'm thinking the sleeve and piston are done.

needs to be hotter than a stinkin hair dryer.

try a propane torch.

4U2NV might be right, but it's best to take it apart and first and give it a really good cleaning. You don't mention if you've pulled the head off, removed the backplate and taken it clear apart, so I'm guessing you haven't yet.

I don't intend to sound rude, but have you performed any basic research on this mill yet? You have another thread asking where to find the P/S for this mill and how much, which I found very easily on Ofna's website (and I posted the links for you) but it may be a good idea to get on their website and do some background research before asking questions. Just my opinion.

Use ARO and a hair dryer(heat gun is preferred) like bustedgears said but make sure it gets at least 160-200F. With a hair dryer, it will take a while to get hot enough so be patient.
After it gets hot enough, throw a rag on the fly wheel and turn the fly wheel with some good sized channel locks or fly wheel tool if you got one.

Another idea I've heard of, but never tried, is putting it in an oven for a couple minutes. I've personally never tried it myself, but I've seen it suggested by folks I know know more than I do.

I got it all out I'm going to tr to get it all fixed up if not my dads going to buy me a OS engine..And Monkey Wrench i tried to find a piston and sleeve and my computer kept messen up so give me a dang break...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:whack: :alarm:

This works for getting engine bearing out too.

If that's the case; I'd say "oops, it's broken" and get the OS .
