My Revo starts up great but I also take the time to maintain the engine and its related parts.Clean all exterior surfaces best you can and blow all out with air.I don't let any fuel sit in the tank and I like to remove all the fuel from the crank case. When that is done, I drop some aro oil in the Piston and Sleeve as well as down the carbuertor. I leave the piston to sit at BDC. I also like to remove the air filter when not in use. I clean the air filter assembly and re oil the foam.
Check your plug to make sure it is not fouled.
The most ideal way to start your ride is to prime them. With the ignitor OFF, plug your exhaust tip ,Run your EZ Start till you see fuel at the carb. Once there, attach your charged ignitor and start it. I can get my Revo to start everytime.
