Engine blobbery sounds

Hello lads I'm rather new to nitro engines and I dont know if this is normal or not but if I go full speed and then let it idle it makes these blobbery sounds !
I dont know if its normal or not I'm guessing maybe the HSN is little too rich but I dunno !
hope someone can help ! Car: Ansmann Virus 2.0/ Engine: AR .28 Big Block

If it makes a funny high idle sound after a wot pass then I would have to say that your HSN is a tad too lean

Ok thx I gonna try to rich it a bit more then but yea the sound is hard to describe but I found a video where it sounds kinda similar but in the video the engine makes that noise constantly while idling !
In my case it sounds only like that when I go from full throttle to idle. Heres the video: start at 4:30

I can't recall my cars ever making a blubbery sound quite like that. Engine starts easy but the idle seems to be high.
The engine could be running a little too hot / lean with no air flowing through the body.

One final note, this is a "no fahrting zone". Please refrain from all testfahrting.

Anytime your RC sounds like Chewbacca from Star Wars, you're running too lean. That's my guess.

Anytime your RC sounds like Chewbacca from Star Wars, you're running too lean. That's my guess.

It might also sound like loose fahrting.

Yes, when I first got into RC I fixed it by richening it out- try it and see how it goes- Don't be afraid!

But use only small movements of the LSN or HSN-- think of a clock and move about 1-hour at a time.

When I said don't be afraid I didn't mean go 69 turns in, just said that because most people are afraid to damage it, but It'd cut out before you did damage...should of made it more clear

Yea I know I will do 1/8 turns I think my engine is just slightly too lean, gonna try it out tomorrow when I get my new pullstart !
I tried to rewind the spring on my original pullstart but I gave up after my fingers were bloody.
Any Tips on a easy way to do it ?

Your car should be starting 1st or 2nd pull if it's tuned correctly, as for tips- try heating up the head with a hair drier or increasing the idle
