PLEASE help me decide if i should get a elec stadium truck like a xxx-t or a T4 or a elec onroad 1/10 like a TC3 or a xxx-s. The reason i am getting one of these is because i am moving to portland oregon and there are 2 tracks like 20 mins away so that is a bonus :) . Right now all i have is 1 very expensive nitro (I'm not saying that elec wont be expensive) but i want to start racing elec's like alot of people. It looks like a blast. PLEASE give me your advise.... i simply CANNOT decide!!! its crazy and its killing me.. they are both sweet. I've never had an on-road tho.. and I've only hade nitro....

I will be racing. and maybe a little bashing. just to clear that up.

Your best bet is to find out what classes they run.
1/12th cars are the best way to go for indoors for the beginners since the cars are very durable & much less maintenance than 1/10th touring
for bashing you have to decide between onroad or off road suggestions for 1/10th the new losi or tc4

Hmmmm, i dunno about starting out in 1/12th. I dont' think they have a n00b class for 1/12...it's usually the 1/10th for the n00bs. You'd have to start out racing against the really fast people. That can be very stressful as a n00b.

If you do onroad, team associated, losi, tamiya are all good cars.

But starting out with electrics can add up REALLY fast.

It all depends on the race organizer most tracks will let anyone race whatever class they want I just started racing 1/12th going on my fourth week

ooops my bad, i looked at my track and they do allow anything for novice...but i never seen a 1/12 run there, then again i only been there one time when they were racing

Hey Kwong usa is a big place for your location what is your local track who knows if it is close enough & if it's part of my roar membership I might just race there in an event.
