Anyone ever buy from nitrocarhouse.com on Ebay ? or online ?

I won a Ofna fail safe 2 weeks ago.sent the money order off last week and got an email today from them today saying that they are out of stock on the item untill the end of the week

I think you can forward their email to ebay for them to look at.
I am pretty sure it is against the rules to sell something that you don't have, unless you specify that.

ebay isn't that bad u can get really good deals. like i got a team magic g4 for 105 bucks and a peaks werks diablo .12 engine for 71 bucks. yea email ebay about it also 1 week isn't that long to wait.

yes the rule is u can't sell it unless u have it i would e-mail them and get them introuble for selling something they didnt have in stock and the add should of said that...

While I usually just do a "wait n' see" with eBay because most of the time they are just ordinary people, it is an auction. They can't sell something they don't even HAVE yet. That's what online stores are for, and that's total abuse. I'd raise hell.

well...most sellers say that you have to pay for the item within a time. And if you mailed a mo a week after the auction was over, and that takes at least 3 days to get there you are at the 10 day mark. After their time constraint they consider it a dead buyer, and relist or sell the item another way.

I'm not trying to crap on you, I'm just saying from my experience with ebay, I've been there a while.

I have been with Ebay for over 6 years now, I sent payment for the item 2 days after it ended, Auction ended on the 11th,not 2 weeks ago :shrug:
Most things I buy are instant pay" and it only went to CA from AZ 2days max. Just ticks you off when you want it now and they don't have it. I will call them Friday and see if they got them in before I notify Ebay.

What kind of feedback rating do they have? You can look at that and see if it's common practice for them. Pre-selling stuff is a no-no. It got really bad back in the late 90's with people pre-selling RCCA club pieces (NASCAR diecast) before you could even buy them through the club. A lot of people got burned pretty bad by that, paying for a car then the seller wouldn't be able to get one and it just got ugly from there.

I just got a email back from them, saying thank you for you patience. Still to sell something they don't have when on the auction they were selling 15 of them.
I will see if they realy get more in or try the old bait and switch.

they could be a ebay place, a online store, and even a real store.. they may not only sell on ebay.. they had like 25 of um.. but people bought all of them.. it could happen.. maby they will give you store credit..

BTW - I disputed, with eBay, an auction the sell had listed before he had the item and I was basically told they didn't care. I even emailed their own rules that state you could not auction something if you didn't have it in hand.

I would report them to Ebay for offering something they didn't have in stock or selling the item out from under you and not being able to make good on timely delivery. I would also demand my money back from the seller and refuse to bid on anything else they offered. Then post a bad review against the sellers. Even if its an Ebay store, they shouldn't list items they can't deliver on time. :sniper: :boxing:

Just got my fail safe today as I was ready to report them to Ebay. They sent me a free Venom racing 500cc fuel bottle as well.

aaaaaawwwwwwwww poop i jsut saw this thread and was like geez thats a familiar nami I think I bought something from them, well it turns out that I got a venom fail safe from them (LHS doesn't like to deal with them for some reason) bought it on the 18th sent the payment the EXACT SAME DAY (thats juse how I do it) well they have been in contact with me and say they are going to mail out another one but I have yet to recieve ANYTHING, I hope they are not trying to set me up like they shipped 2 of them to me and then i lie and say I never got them that would sure be some poop! but they seem friendly and have kept in contact with me. I hope it works out but I may be feeling like pladfish is after parting ways unexpectedly with his RC stuff. bottom line 20 dollars that is mine is mine and I want something for it and its WRONG for someone to scam you for it even if it is just 20 bucks, its principle
