I dont think that it is good sign when you send him a message saying that I had recieved my item and was soo happy with the car that I wanted to order 10 more and pay money straight to him to save PayPal charges that he no longer replies
PS - I have not recieved it

Yeah I sent him an email saying the tracking number wasn't working with UPS and haven't got a reply yet.

seems like it was a scam after all, some guys on the msuk forum got a small envelope with a chinese coin in it.

Yeah i opened the case a couple of days ago and rang paypal today and told them that he was a scam and that a few guys online had bought it aswell and didnt get what they ordered. She said she would end the case now and a few mins later i got an email saying i was refunded

Next time anyone finds a deal like that it should be reported to Ebay immediately. It's just not possible to get deals like that, even from businesses that are going out.

If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

yeah i think weve all learned our lesson now haha. i kinda knew something like this was gonna happen.
If everybody does get their money back off him, hes going to be minus some coins and postage prices.

Can't really report someone for something they haven't done yet as there's no way of proving if they have merchandise or not. Unfortunately that's the risk we take when stray away from face to face purchases.

If someone is selling brand new merchandise that normally sells for over $300 for only $39, it's something Ebay needs to check.

No way in hell would I trust that. I mean FREE shipping? It would cost that much to ship it from China let alone the cost of the item. I mean $40 local I might buy one to beat the piss out of it. But order on the internet....no thank you
