ebay rustler scam beware

was looking on ebay for a cheap truck to bash saw a nitro rustler listed said lots of hop ups for 100$ went to click on it and my nortons poped up saying denied and wouldnt let me in i hit the details button and it was trying to access my bank account info through my ebay account

apperently someone found a way to access bank accounts through ebay when listing a auction luckly i had nortons and it didnt let me in and proteckted my info

ebay has also pulled the auction now

man that suxs, i hope this poop stops soon, i have been hearing complaints left to right. what is happening to ebay, i used to always buy stuff form ebay weekly, but now i am scared to buy anything 8-0 i really hope all this can come to a end so people can bid and buy with nothing to worry about

well ebay musta been able to detect this it was a new auction and was only up for like 30 min before ebay pulled it but I'm just glad i use nortons

Since it has been pulled, that is a good thing. Did you report it to eBay when it occurred?

As for the pulling of information from the internet and through eBay interactions, that is old news. Happens regularly...it is just now people are getting smarter and more capable of detecting the persons script that pulls the information.
