easy start help

I'm trying to start my truck but it will only crank for 3 sec and stop . could this be due to a low battery in the easy start. and how long should i charge the battery for, this is the first time I'm trying to start it and i only charged the bat for about half hour

The first charge on the battery should be overnight.

if your using the traxxas charger that comes with the EZ start, the LED will be green when plug it into an outlet then turn red when you connect the battery then green again when fully charged. Mine usually takes 2-3 hours from a full discharge.

low voltage on the battery and i think the engine is hydro locking if its the first time starting it will flood easy.
