We are introducing our kids to skiing this weekend. The three year old doesn’t like his rental boots, so we are warm inside. But does enjoy his tablet and some skittles while mom & big sister enjoy the slopes.

Colorado is such a beautiful state. You should have brought him an SCX24 or two. You guys could terrorize the other patrons while you wait 😁

Hindsight 20/20.
I thought about it, but didn’t.
The 24’s are good for road trips & have used them to fill time during the day before.
I was maybe too hopeful the kids would both be busy on the groomers this weekend.

It’s early in the season & will be chalked up as learning experience.

My son doesn't care much for snow either. I don't think he's ever even built a snowman. I have tried to get him to a few times, but he wanted nothing to do with it.

I was in jr high when I learned to ski. i was already a large boy.
I would watch those little kids FLYING down the hill while I was "sasquash fumbling" down a mountain trying to keep the number of "stunt cartwheels" to a minimum! 🤣
The LCG kids have puts them at a MAJOR advantage when learning! 👍😎

This sounds familiar to me. Except for I was in high school when my buddies took me up to the top of Snowbowl in Flagstaff, AZ.
No helmet, wearing cotton everything.
I don't recall how many times I had to hike for a ski pole. But as much as some of it sucked, it was still fun.

..next kid up.

Lol! It seems we both survived the "optional" safety equipment days! 👍😎
