I'm thinking of buying an E-Firestorm 10T to throw my Flux Warp brushless kit into. I wanted to know what you folks who've run, used and abused the E-Firestorm what thought of it, and what you thought it's strengths and weaknesses are.

I'll be using it as a basher but with BL power, and doing a lot of jumps etc. Will it stand it?

its a great truck for sure. I ran a mamba max 6900 setup in mine and then went to a 5700 sidewinder. Its a total blast and will take some abuse. I shattered the spider gears in mine but they took ALOT of abuse before they went. It was just a few bucks to get it running again. A stronger motor skid would be nice, as well as stronger rear springs but overall i would highly recomend it as a basher in an area thats not too knarly.

If it weren't for the price I would have had a E-Firestorm but I got a Slash instead. I'm still happy about my choice but I have read the specs on the Firestorm and seen many videos of it on youtube. It's still a sweet Truck...

The E-Firestorm 10T is actually cheaper than the Slash here.

flm_savage - when you say too knarly, would a dust+gravel drive with rocks sized from peas up to occasionally 1.5" across be too rough?

I've also got options on running it at a 1/8th astroturf course which will surely kick ass :)
