Dromida MT wheels/tires?

does anyone know of a wheel/tire that will fit a Dromida MT4.18? horizon has no idea when they'll get them in, mine are dry rotted and cracked to hell. they have what I'm assuming is a funky (and probably proprietary) 9/32 or 7.14 hex.

Is the axle some odd size that makes changing the wheel hex difficult?

it's a funky setup, the wheel hex is part of the axle
