well i took my truck apart to cleean it and now I'm putting it back together but i can't remember what way the driveshafts are supposed to spin

i just dont no what way to put the diff in




this shaft -> l spins counterclockwise

well when I look down through the chassis and push the car forewards the axle spins to the left. it spins towards the fuel tank and such. alls i can say is to install it and push it. if it spins towards the tank you've done it right.
 
ok thanks flandersander, its just hard to understand what counterclockwise cause that could be from the front from the back or whatever. towards the fuels tank is perfect thanx
