I'm assuming these are rwd due to the steering angle. Completly amazing skill. The cop and 711 are a nice touch.

Drift44 on youtube is a talented drifter. Always rocking a yellow body.

Monsterchannel24 on youtube hss drifting and very custom cars.

I may be wrong, but I believe rc drift racing uses awd. And 1:1 uses fwd.

Rc drifting started as 4wd. Last few years rwd drifters have been coming out.

rc drifters that race use 4 wd and rwd cars 1:1 same.

This is the type of "drifting" that I used to do.
We keep throttle wide open, control speed by moving weight onto front to go slower, onto back wheel to go faster.
The rear wheel is actually pushing us into the corner.

500 cc single cylinder burning methanol
no brakes
no rear suspension

Have seen that in person at the Springfield Mile. Very fun racing to watch.

Just ordered one of these a few weeks ago.

The only problem is finding a place to drive them as you need a slick, smooth, open place.
They are fun in the garage with some tennis balls cut in half as cones. The slick hard plastic tires that come with the care are make it much easier to drift than the rubber tires.
I forgot to add: This car is pretty solid and runs great and with the lights is a steal at under 60$
I was first turned on to this car from an add from Amain, but their car was over 100$

Looks like the same car but is much cheaper on Amazon.

@Jamr

The Amazon one you linked is a brushed motor. The Amain one is the brushless version.
