Lol sorry about the posts guys,:\ this may be close to what i posted not too long ago but I'm really desperate. But id really like too hear what people think of the GV Domaintor Buggy. I can't find a single review on it:( and really want to know what I'm buying.
Sorry and Thanks haha
:D
EDIT: Woops, ones more question, thank god for the edit function, guess this post wasn't a complete duplicate haha
Could a nitro buggy be run in the rain, no puddles just rain? Kinda gota think bout the welfare of your electronics so maybe not?

Thanks, but I've heard its the later model of the XT2 since GV and XTM are a cross brand?

I wouldn't suggest it.

Check the link. Everything is the same from what I read on the "other" forum...

Oh well by 'later' i suppose they consider, rim changes, and body changes, also some color changes, to be and upgraded version.
Regardless what do you think of the XT2?
Considering I'm probably talking about the same buggy

Never had one but the guy who writes their reviews knows his stuff and doesn't fluff his reviews in any way. XTM isn't as popular as OFNA nor Losi but they have a strong following.

The most important thing is what you think of it. If you can get parts for it at your LST or online then you should be alright. Parts will break so this should be your biggest concern.

What type of parts, do you mean general wear and tear or do they have a major fault?
This is my first nitro so will be treated perfectly, first roll over ill probably cry.
probably not many jumps for a while until the exictement dies down.
So XTM are and ok brand? Thats good to hear, how do they compare to traxxas?

Just parts that break on any RC. Usually suspension arms and shock towers. Spur gears get torn up as well.

You may cry after the first roll but after that you won't care cause you will be having too much fun!

XTM vs. Traxxas as far as buggies are concerned? XTM builds several different ones whereas the Traxxas Bandit isn't real popular. They are out there but not like other 1/8 buggies. If you have a couple hundred more bucks to spend the Losi 8ight is a serious buggy.

Ok thanks for that, but where would XTM as a brand go as far as Nitro Rc companies are concerned.
Better or worse than traxxas, or hpi or what

No better nor any worse IMO. There are plenty of XTM's out there and even a few racers running them. Check out XTM's website sometime.

Ok thanks, ah one more thig thats been bugging me, one main difference i see is that the XT2 seems to have an XTM 247 engine, or whatever its labeled whereas the Dominator has a Force .25.
What are your opinions on the force .25 and how quik would it pull on road. Like top speed

IMO comparing XTM to Traxxas is like apples and oranges, completly different rc's but both are decent rc's

Ok lol thanks anyway, but what about my question about the Engine change? Can you answer that? Not trying to be a smartass sorry

Both are big blocks that are most often found in monster trucks. You will have insane power and speed. I have a .26 in my thirteen pound Losi LST and it flies! The Force is made by OFNA so its not crap.

True for most of the Traxxas line but not so much for the Bandit. IMO! LOL!

Alright, question number #544628576 lol
I've been told by a few that the force .25 is crap
And um, my mates getting a HSP Warhead off ebay, do you think it will go harder than the GV?
2 speed 1:10, .18cxp , but by the sounds of it they dont hold up very good eg weak axels

I don't have any real experience with the Force but OFNA isn't known for making junk, and they have Forces in many a buggy.

As for the Warhead: Yikes! From what I have read they do indeed have several weaknesses.

No way that .18 is gonna out-do a big block. Period.

aha that makes me feel better knowing some ebay bargain aint guna put my pride and joy to shame
care to tell me what some of those weaknesses are?
I should at least point them out to him
And by the way, thanks a heap youve both been really helpful :D:D:D:D

Weak axles (like you said) and Tranny problems. Not a big following over here in the States but I read a lot...
