Hmm ok, its his own fault for buying off ebay
His other option is a HSP Tornado monster truck with .18cxp, wouldnt go too good would it? [ebay again]

ahah thanks again

Oh yeh do you have msn or something? Might be easier than clogging up the forum haha

The Force mills are known for running a bit hot, but well within safe zones. My Force .26 liked to run 270 deg, but as long as you have a good smoke trail, it wont be a problem. I used a couple different pipes on it, and the JP-1 actually seemed to be the best, even though its a low TQ pipe, but I ran on a tight track.
As for HSP, I can't help ya there, I dont know the brand.

Dont know the brand, lol can't be good
So what rig did you have a force in??

It was a older Ofna LX buggy that I re-geared and converted it to a truggy, long before there were any factory truggies! I had a CrazyNut cooling head on it, OD99 plug, and the JP-1. Always ran 30% nitro, Trinity Platium.
Even with the larger tires, the thing flat out FLEW. Not much could touch it in the MT class back then, Revos with OS .18's were toast.

Both are big blocks that are most often found in monster trucks. You will have insane power and speed. I have a .26 in my thirteen pound Losi LST and it flies! The Force is made by OFNA so its not crap.

True for most of the Traxxas line but not so much for the Bandit. IMO! LOL!

But the bandit is a 1/10 2wd electric buggy abd his is a 1/8 4wd nitro buggy, apples and oranges, the only thing they have in common is they are both buggies, JMO...

Agreed. My point, though, was that the Bandit (Traxxas' ONLY buggy) can't compare. The response was to the question "how do they compare". JMO back at ya! LOL!

Just parts that break on any RC. Usually suspension arms and shock towers. Spur gears get torn up as well.

You may cry after the first roll but after that you won't care cause you will be having too much fun!

XTM vs. Traxxas as far as buggies are concerned? XTM builds several different ones whereas the Traxxas Bandit isn't real popular. They are out there but not like 1/8 buggies. If you have a couple hundred more bucks to spend the Losi 8ight is a serious buggy.

Like I said, I was talking buggies... And lets face it the Bandit sucks no matter what it is or isn't! JMO! LOL again!

Point is the guy is getting a good buggy that he likes and we all helped him out like good 'lil greenies! Yea us! lol!

I have had my xt2 for about 2 years and I have really enjoyed it. Other than changing tires I have not broke one part on the buggy and I have beat the crap out of it. Not so much of a track buggy out of the box but it is definently fun and would be great for bashing. I recently purchased and an Associated RC8 buggy which I will use for the track and I will be using my xt2 for bashing;) The xt2 is $300, for a few more bucks for can have something serious like the Associated RC8 or Losi 8ight RTR's

HSP is garbage

Hi guys I have just put a GV Dominator buggy on layby and can't wait, I am buying this as I learn't the hard way to not buy garbage HSP stuff off e-bay, diff's are garbage as well as servo's and the weak 2 speed transmission which never changes and when it does it jams in second and strips the gears and then you have the problem with them bending front dog bones on first tumble, please guys stay away from them they are cheap and very heart breaking, I spent $400 on upgrades and engine mods only to find that the motor had way to much power and it just smashed my diff's every run, also the shock towers are so so weak, can't belive they are allowed to sell them, but I tell you one thing when they are going they go real well, but I doubt it would even come close to the big block force .25 and as for any 1 who bags a force engine then it's only due to poor tuning on the owners behalf these motor kick arse I know for fact as I had a sv2000 bv1 gv road car and it's old as the hill's and is still running strong to this day and flies to.:hehe:
I don't have any real experience with the Force but OFNA isn't known for making junk, and they have Forces in many a buggy.

As for the Warhead: Yikes! From what I have read they do indeed have several weaknesses.

No way that .18 is gonna out-do a big block. Period.

Me & my mate both brough hsp's I shelved mine within the first 20 min & ended up buying a GV Dominator, awsome piece of gear & takes some severe punishment. As for performance it smokes all 4 tyres as it passes my mates hsp :)
