I just read this whole thread in about 20mins. This is halarious. Weez, I can't belive you just didnt throw her out yet. Not suggesting anything but if I were in your pososition, I would have done 1 or more of these things I'm about to list.

1-Install 3 heavy duty locks on the inside of the house side door and trick her into going outside and lock the door behind her. Tell her she can't come back in untill she buys me a new body of the same type or better than she cut up.

2-Tell her to get out non-stop, day and night till she does.

3-If she hits me for the ctions above, physically put her outside, throw the rest of her stuff out the window, and throw a boot out the window (brand doesn't matter) just for the fun and to laugh in her face.:
