Not only does my wife enjoy the hobby, she works on all her own trucks. As of now, she has a Rustler VXL (9 cell nimh) Losi Mini-T (8000kv/lipo) and she just got a new 1/16 E-Revo VXL!

My wife is not thrilled with my RC's specially my new found liking of rock crawlers, LOL!!! I think that's because I am gone at least one day almost every week end at a comp or just out crawling, and then when I am not doing that I am on here talkiing about RC's. She jokes about slashing my tires but would never do it, of course when she does threaten I just tell her I have other sets of tires, LOL!!!

Dude, I have a revo hid in the garrage so she can't see it...My wife pretty much hates everything I do....
Drop her like a bad habit!!!! Stay single and rent hookers... It's cheaper and less of a headache in tha long run, trust me.....

Do the move slow....take all your RCs out first. Take them to a friends house....tell her you are taking them there because you know she does not like them. Then when she is at work, do the big move....get friends and move fast. Get everything that can be called 100% yours....good luck

My wife is relatively indifferent about my RC's. She's glad I have a hobby to relieve the stress that my work piles on me.

Seriously though, if someone can't be supportive of what you do then maybe you should cheat on her with someone who does? lol. My fiancee doesn't mind them at all, in fact when there is snow on the ground and the slash is charged up she's asking if she can take it out to do donuts in the snow. She's not a big fan of when I go racing though, she doesn't get why grown men get so butthurt over "toy car" racing. She has her things, I have mine. The only gripe I have is that if my radio control stuff makes it past the little storage closet I have for everything in the house she will get a bit angry.

I've had to dump two pretty nice looking chicks over hobbies. When I was about 20, a girl I was with for 5 years sold my Trx Sledgehammer, a 2020 Trx radio and a late '80's esc and slot machine motor. I brought it there to play around with when she was doing homework or clubbing with the slutty-ass friends she made the first week she was there. She new my dead old man bought me that truck when I was 9 years old. Even 10 years ago it had some vintage gear I was planning on keeping just to remind me off the old days. Long story short, she got the new c--k buzz, turned into a whore and sold my stuff. This happened the same week I cut her a check for $1500 to pay her bills. Man was I stupid. A few years later, I noticed the same thing happening with another chick, though we were only a few months into the relationship. About the third time she bitched about them, I hid everything at my grandma's and stopped calling her. Get out while you still have your nuts where they belong.
