Does anybody know what is this part called I looked in a catalog and this part does not come up

Got a bunch of parts on auction came with the brand new new new DDX 18 and I have one two parts missing the one I know the name is the back plate but does the not came with the part that I put on the picture and I do not know the name of it does anybody know

That connects through the backplate to a pullstart. There is a pin on your crank that the little notch fits. Find a manual for the motor. Might be separate from the chassis manual.
