I was wondering if anybody uses these things and if so what do you think about them?

I have used them and still have one on my lone nitro engine.

I found them to be quite useful in keeping track of settings depending on ambient temp and altitude. Takes the guesswork out of how far you turned the screw as well.

Just make sure you make a mark on the dial and a corresponding mark on the needle housing just in case the dial loosens and rotates by itself. This way you can put it back where it was.

There is a review around here somewhere....

Found it.

My new Alpha Plus Engine has one built in for the LSN and I thought it was pretty darn awesome! Definitely takes the guess work out of it. I may have to buy one of these for the HSN!

I had them already installed on the Picco .26 Maxx I bought froma another member here and love it. It makes tuning it a lot easier.

So basically you all are telling me that i made a good choice in ordering one of these?
