Hey i am new to buggys. I have an cherry condition used inferno DX and i am taking the guys street tires off , to put the off road tires on. I noticed upon tire removal that there is no foam in between tire and rim. Is this normal? I just sold my nitro street car and i used foam on those tires.

99% of all the newer tires use foam. You should also glue the tire to the rim to keep it from spinning.

So not a bad idea to use foam then? I know about gluing the tire down. Whats the best glue as i will probably ditch these rims after I'm done with this set.

I re used my rims I boiled them in water and to get the rubber off and was good to go.
