For my panel material I'm using 11.5"x19" blueprint binders
You can get at Staples/Office Depot

It's heavy 1/16" plastic, I figure it will work great for panels..

Using my templates, I traced and cut out panels

Once cut out, I fit them up to see if any trimming was needed..

It's always great to see things being used in ways that hey weren't meant to be!

Right on thanks guys! I was at work throwing out blueprints and it hit me that the plastic from the large binders would be great for cage panel material lol
So with a little time and about $15 in fasteners, Bam new panels lol

There panels mounted...

I would think these would hold up fairly well too but would love to hear your about your experience after you've ran it for a while.

Please post some after pics so we can see some dirt on your panels after some use.
