What bearings did you go with? I may replace mine this winter just to be safe. I don't want a grenaded bearing to take out my precious... (man, that's sad!)
 
Sorry I haven't responded. You can tell winter is coming as my whole family has been sick. Plenty of time to do some thinking which isn't always good :) I am either going to get the new lrp and some other goodies for the LST2 or get a back up truck (New Revo 3.3). I'll have to think about this one...
It's just a real bummer when your out for the day (or a few days) waiting for parts and not being able to run.
I'll keep you posted on what I come up with.
On a good note, my last part to fix my driveline came in yesterday so that's all back together....

That is the kind of thinking that starts your addiction, I started in Sep with one LST2 now I have 2 LST2's 1 Revo 2.5 w/ 3.3 motor, and a rustler:D

Still torn. I'm thinking it would be really nice to open a brand new truck like that again.
Do you like the revo? I hear pretty good things about it. Is the 3.3 motor decent?
But, on the other hand, the LST2 would be in 'Super' status if I put the new motor in.....
UGH!!!!
 
Man I have to stay out of these darn forums. They should block them from being able to access them at work....... Would love to put together a kit and the Savage SS 4.6 is looking decent.

motor

The motor I run is a AXIAL .32 green head and it rocks 1st&2nd gear wheelies with out any hesitation,and I use a stock pipe as well with TiNi spur gears and it has a roto start on it.

The Revo 2.5 I bought off craigslist for $80 with a blown motor otherwise great. put a new 3.3 in for $115.00 and it screams pretty good although my LST2 with the LRP will eat it for lunch its still great.
