Bloody not again just two day centre diff damage I hate it too much!!!

Is there anything UPGRADE BETTER GEARBOX DIFF CENTRE ON
TIGER THUNDER MT4 G3?

I ASK THANKYOU....

Are you running it on 6S? I've read that kit breaks easily under 6S power.

What exactly is breaking in the center diff? Might help to shed some light on a probable cause

Some more detail would help.. I saw this yesterday.. but alot can happen...not sure what's going on or his set up????

Sounds like you may be overpowering and blowing the diffs. Post ups some pics like mentioned above. These guys are pretty knowledgeable and will point you in the right direction I'm sure.

When you changed the gears in diff what diff fluid did you put back in.. the stock fluid? If so I would go higher. The 10k that comes stock is crap..I'm guessing your a basher? Or like power slides and j turns?? Need a thicker diff fluid for that type if drive.. the 10k is like water. Have you changed you diff fluid? When you fixed gears?

Still unclear as to what exactly is getting damaged in the center diff. Hard to recommend an upgrade when we dont know exactly what it is thats breaking in the center diff.

So I been looking up that truck.. I can't really find a upgrade center diff gears for it. In all the forums I've been on they say it comes with 10k diff fluid.. which in my eyes is water.. so if he's a hard driver.. he really needs thicker fluid. IMO.. but like you said not much info to go on..So I'm just basically trying to find better gears or complete diff.. even on their web site thunder tiger can't really find any.. and those stock gear are the white or yellow ceap plastic kind.. I don't know.🤔🤔

Thankyou I see inside little fuild not much in it,
Which fuild I get? And how many number I put fuild in it? (Inner) gear centre.

Id look at the manual and see what it calls for and start there. Otherwise Id just throw some grease in it and let er rip. I generally use Mobil 1 systhetic grease for diffs that I run grease in.

So I've read that the tiger mt G3. Tou want to put in around 100k. And if you have very little fluid in there now that's why your burning gears.. I will find the thread I read about your truck. And I will post it for you to read bud

Wow you are bloody roughly 👍
Big Thanks mate,
I get one mobile1 systhetic gease!!!!!....

Half of gease put in or
put full of gease inside?

How about front and rear gear diff as well?

You dont want to pack it tight but you want enough grease in there so that the gears are constantly grabbing grease and moving through the gears. If you dont put enough then the grease gets flung off the gears and on to the sides of the diff case and then the gears can't pick any more grease up.
