did i mess my lipo up

i was running my jammin x1 truggy and my car died so i thought it was the voltage cutoff on my tekin rx8 when i went to carge it it kept saying S 3ser R 4ser its saying i have a 3 cell lipo instead of a 4 cell whats rong and is my batt fried pleassseee help trying to race this weekend for the frist time and wanna no how to fix it

could be the balance connector/Loose wire on it.
Or could be wire inside lipo has snapped off a cell

You'd know if the battery is/was fried it would either catch on fire OR start puffing up (if not in a hard case). Probably what de max said loose wire. easy fix if so!

got it and fixed it just loose wire on blance plug thanks for the help once agin
