I love that car man!!!After some tinkering with an Infraction I noticed the rear shocks might be made to fit this Daytona . Problem I’m having now is the rear shocks from a short corse truck are way to soft and to much travel for high speed asphalt oval racing.
I managed to cobble together a set of Infraction shocks.
They really transformed it into a better situation. But now instead of spinning out super easy. It wanted to push in the turn. The 17mm adapters I made are not strong enough to race. So I installed Proline Street fighters and now it’s a beast with a ton of power and should be better. I had to cut the body for the tires but I don’t know if it will survive a race . We will see Saturday

I got the Techno hub adapter set today for the front and rear hubs. This converts the wheel hub from 1/10 scale 12mm hex and 8mm nut to 1/8 scale 17mm hex with 17 mm but.
That allows me to run 1/8 scale buggy and on road racing wheels and tires.
The adapters do work but the tiny nut makes me nervous and the adapters widen the track .
