alright then, i was wondering becasue i ahd teh old style xtm 24.7 head and then i changed to the crazy nut head. this head is gigantic but i dont know how big the new stock 24.7 heads are.

I'm pretty sure it will fit without having to modify the engine mounts. Measure the height from the underside of the mounting tabs to the top of the head, and I can tell you for sure.

hey i got one more question, what kind of a header do i have to use for the cybermaxx, will the one that came with the xtm conversion kit work?

bryan

I use the THS onepiece pipe and header on my Picco .26 on my Cyber. I guess this will play in part as to which mill you use as well. With the THS I made a mount for the end of the pipe. I just recent picked up the XTM mounting kit and have yet to install it. However, the XTM mount will be MUCH better than mine ;)

Del here at Rc solutions has a new xtm 247 and he is using the header that came with it no problem. I have a Hyper .21 and I am using a stock Savage header, hpi pn 86061, as was recommended by Fast Eddy in his buildup in Project Cybermaxx.

How is your cyber doing, Chris? I annoyed the neighbors for 5 hours and a 1/2 gallon last night testing some new bulkheads - its my job you know. Del set a track record with his xtm cyber, 42 feet through the air, and took a 9-iron size divot out of the berm (a place where landings were never considered a possability). I had a hilarious 36' jump with a lawn-dart endo, that cartwheeled up and off the berm for another 10' through the air. This is fun stuff!! I guess I need to post some photos....
