Any sign shop should be able to make vinyl graphics for you at a reasonable cost. Most are like $8-15 per square foot, depends on the detail and vinyl obviously. My local shop can even print graphics onto the vinyl for a complete wrap for anything. Almost every city/town will have a sign shop so grab the phone book and start calling them. Some will not deal with 1 or 2 small orders, but others have scrap vinyl laying around for just such occasions and are willing to work out deals to prevent waste materials.
I have even worked with shops and told them I would take the vinyl from the sheet after being cut and that they wouldn't have to weave the pattern out for me. Any way to save them time and you expense always works in their eyes, most are just mom-and-pop stores anyway. They like to hear things that can get them business too, I always spread the word with my friends and they would end up going there and mentioning my name, then next time I went back they would always cut me a deal or give it to me free for getting them extra business.
Hope this helps...just check the phone book for "Sign Shops".
