They just werent going in I've spent months trying to screw the silver hex in but it didnt work so i just winced and screwed them in. I know this was stupid but how bad did i mess up?
 
Tap and die will work. Just use some loctite. Hey blue not red. 🤣
 
was that the correct axel shaft?. retreading isnt going to work..most hexs have a lock pin thru axel shaft should have tried to re-tap b4 messing it up

it was the right thing, whats a lock pin thru axle shaft? this isnt the axle shaft, just the carrier hub

Hey I’m cheap. So what I don’t wipe my ass with $5.00 roll of toilet paper 🧻 that makes my ass smell good. I use left over sand paper

I feel like a good 400 grit would do a lot better than toilet paper :hehe:
