I will watch for that. Next question is what motor and esc should I get? Can I pair a Tekin fxr esc with a hh motor? I will be running on mainly mountain bike trails and in the woods.

You can pair a FX-R with a HH motor, but If i was gonna buy a tekin esc i would just get the esc/motor combo, run the 35t till it died then get the HH motor, But thats just me, I'm extremely happy with my motor choice after yesterday's trail run.

Sounds good. Well here's what I have on my build list thus far:
-tf2(obviously)
-flysky gt3b tx/rx
-axial as3 servo for the transmission
-max amps 11.1v LiPo
-tekin fx-r 35t combo

Need suggestions for a good steering servo with budget in mind. Please critique my build list if you see any red flags.

Love the pizza rig idea, can't wait to sell the build.

Why would you sell his build idea? Such a "d" move, if you didn't mean sell though.....I'm going to have to ask that you slowdown and start proofreading your posts.

I absolutely meant see. :D

You're not above the rules, just because you have 4,500+ posts. If anything, you should be an example for new members to strive to be like......I'm not mad, just disappointed. :\

I burnt up my shift servo saturday, instead of going back to hitec I'm gonna try a Solar micro servo from hobbypartz, since i was paying for shipping i ordered on of these to try, may not be worth throwing in the toilet, but i have heard good things about them. 417oz at 7.4v.

oh FYI, if you decide to do a full interior you will need to run a micro shift servo.

You're right SchrodeMode, and once again, I apologize for the error. I wear a helmet and ride the short bus here every day, you should be happy the majority of my posts are grammatically correct. :D

@Non Crimen, yes you should be able to find the red 'n tacky at any decent auto parts store.

I've been using the red 'n tacky for years, and love it, as well as all Lucas products to be honest. It's looking great Crimen, can't wait for some action shots.

I'm not familiar with you story.

The wonders of iPhones. I decided to change the title of "toy story" to "you story". It is a much better way to project the story to children. Don't worry, woodie is still the number one sheriff in town.

Crimen, be careful running only one spring, they are bad to flatten or warp, i run all 3 on mine and it has plenty of flex (for a springer anyway).....just FYI

This is my next build when Tax season hits or I sell my Wraith or Exo.

Lookin great but I gotta ask, the bumpers and rocl sliders plastic or metal?
