Well I went back to the creek today and got some more video so I deleted my Ice Crawling video off Youtube and will redo it using all the video and pix. and throw in some music so it should be a better , more enjoyable video . Probably get it done by this weekend.

OK guys , here's the new video with music this time.

Very nice!!!!!! that shot at 1:49 caught me off guard, I was taking a bite of my pizza when it popped up, I about chocked on my bite, then the thought of "man I wouldn't mind crawling on that mound, LOL!!!!!

Me too !.......DAMN ! :D That was 'another fine Durwank production' !!!! ;)

Thanks guys. The first version was just something I threw together and it wasn't up to my own standards so I had to go back and make it better. Glad you liked the "mound" ( I'm sure we all would like to do some crawling on it lol ). I do that for added viewing pleasure and it has happened a few times to some of my other videos on Youtube. So for those of you who havan't watched any of my other videos you might want to go check them out.

I really like that last pic of your still shots, and yes I have watched your latest video, it makes mine look like crap. but I am more out there just to get some casual pics and video not make production type film, when I go crawling I am there to crawl and I just try to get some basic pics and video but maybe next time I go I will try a little of the closer to the ground stuff.

It's all good man. I'm just trying to give you some tips on how to make some good videos and pictures. Making these videos gives me something to do at night when I can't be out crawling. I think I like making videos about as much as playing with my r/c cars . lol

Nice pics and video. We've been getting alot of snow and ice up here lately, so Joe and I have been putting off our weekly trips a bit. I'm going to try putting some screws in a set of rock lizards I have laying around and see how it goes. Any idea what would be a good length?

the first pic with the water going through the room is so sweet

You mean the 'rim'. - :hehe::p:

Somthing small. like an 1/8 inch or so.

Thanks Taz. Did ya notice that the music on one of my videos got taken off? I guess somebody from the Cult claimed a copy right on it so You Tube had to delete the sound. It was on the " Crawling in the deserts of Arizona" video. It really sucks that they did that because that song went well with the video.

As for spikes on the tires, I agree that you don't want them too long either. When you go to doing it try turning the tire inside-out then drilling them through.
