I'm having an issue with the crank not sitting flush with clutch bell. There is about 3-4mm gap between the endbell and the shaft. The flywheel and brass corn are fit properly on the saft, they can't get any closer to the motor. Am I missing something? It that way on both the stock Ofna Force 25 and my OS RG. Would the Ofna clutch bell kit http://www2.towerhobbies.com/cgi-bin/wti0001p?&I=LXNT03&P=Z help me out? Or am I missing the obvious.

Is it possible you put the clutch nut on backwards? I did that once.

If not, you can use washers (spacers) to shim it so its snug. I do that on a couple of my rides. Do it so the washers ride against the bearrings.

The bearrings on the end of the bell.

The problem is that the sg shaft doesn't reach the end of the endbell. If I shim it more, it will just compound the problem. The end bearing sits 2/3 of the way on the shaft. Yes I had to put new bearings in. It looks like the shim kit has some "extenders" that would help.
