hi i am looking to buy a nitro off road car but only got 170 pounds to spend i have seen the condor pro with a 2 speed box i want some thing fast but have heard bad things about the condor please can someone advise me thanks

With RCs you really get what you pay for.
If you buy a "name brand" one such as team Associated, Traxxas, HPI, Losi and so on you will be much more pleased with your RC
I Have seen many people that don't like Redcat racing RCs, but I like them(at least the one I have seen).
I do not own a RedCat, but I have seen and driven a RedCat monsoon and it was a nice ride!
What are the conditions that you plan on running this in?
Are you racing it or just jumping and driving around the yard?

I agree with scoobydoo2u that Redcats are nice for the money. That being said my son has a Redcat Tornado and I wouldn't put it throught much except small jumps. It looks nice and drives nice but you can really tell the parts aren't that strong. I do believe you get what you pay for. But there is nothing wrong with spending less and upgrading if you really enjoy the hobby.
