So now where do we eat? The coffee table!

How do you guys get away with it?
If a nitro RC crossed the threshold of any doorway into my house, I would get my ASS KICKED by a 5' 3" 105 lb Mighty Midget.

CorradoPsi, worked when I posted a pic of my truck in the test forum. Don't know what happened.

FastEddy, if your 105lb wife cooked anything like my 105lb. wife....
Anyway it is safer for my health to have "nitro" on my kitchen table.

HAHAHA, hey be thankful you have good women that support your hobbies....Mine had to go.....just a miserable excuse for a human being......Now I can get whatever toy I want and not have to hear poop about it......well sort of....I'm in the process of finding a new place and I don't think my parents were aware of the "stuff" I told them I was bringing to their house....I said I had some RC cars and I think they were thinking like a Radio shack one...not an entire race ready garage of them...LOL...anyone here do real estate in S Florida???? I'm looking for a condo in Broward County

My wife let me wander through a hobby shop 4 years ago around christmas time... Of course, they had all the bright and shiny stuff sitting on the counter just begging to be bought and cared for... we walked out of the store with my first real RC, a xxx-nt.

I've had many 'work areas' since i got into R/C. First one was my room. I used that until there was too much stuff in there I couldn't remember what color the carpet was lol. So then I moved to the garage and I hated that, parents got amd when the savage kept finding its way in front of the door lol. And now I'm in the basement. Been there for a while lol. Lemme go snap a pic, its actually very clean right now because of our new puppy, theres so many little things he could eat so all my stuff is in boxes for now. Who knows how long that'll last...

Hmm my wife loves my hobby. We both see it as a stress reliever. Sometimes I come from work and to avoid me going nuts from all the crap at work I dive into my RC's. Funny thing is that My Garage is sectioned off into 4 quadrants: My workout area, my RC work bench/elctronic bench, my honda civic and of course the "clean area" ...dryer goes there. I tried the in house bench type deal and I left a grease stain on the floor from my diffs...wife didn't like that. But she supports it.

I get scolded at least once a day to clean up the dining room table. It stays clean for about 12 hours and then I ususally find something I want to change or do to my RC. Luckily our dining room table was a hand me down so no problem with messing it up.

My wife fully supports my hobby and has purchased several of my cars / trucks for me over the years. However, the house is off limits for nitro. I can get away with a new one or an electric on the coffee table for an hour or two but NO NITROS IN THE HOUSE!

Understand we have White caret and white furniture along with white walls. My wife is a freak about keeping a clean house. We can go into that one another time.

Rp that looks like my desk...I have a PC and all my RC stuff tucked away around it right now.....I bought a sears work cart and bench just before I moved and I can't wait to set it all up....funny how a hobby can dictate the furniture you buy.....

well at least she's still supportive. Mine regrets it everyday... hehehe

My wife and eddy's wife must be related, if I were to even think of bringing a rc into the house I would be shot! I can bring it through the garage door and into my work room, which is in the basement but nowhere else! I have an 8 foot table and its full of rc poop! If I remember I'll take a pic of it later.

You whipped guys need to put your foot down. It's like a new car, the first scratch really hurts after that they get easier. Just bring the damn thing in the house, she'll get over it. I burned the shellack off our dining room farmers table before I had a garage, nitro fuel will do that pretty quick if you dont notice the spill, lol. Well were astill using that table, when my wife wants it, she uses a table cloth, when I use it, I just use it in the raw. My wife actually bought me my first two nitro RCs, one for our anniversary and one for my birthday. She is very supportive of my hobby, as I am hers, scrapbooking or some poop like that, whatever.
