Thats where mine snapped. Looked like sumthing was grinding it, but the clutch screw was tight.at the point where they touch the nut..
Plaidfish said:wow that's crazy looking twisted....I had a savaage for a whoping few days and I rebuilt it after getting it (used) and what a PITA...my springs never looked like that.....I have a box of different clutch items though and I try to use parts that line up neatly.....did you guy s switch from the stock setup or did it always look like that???
