At the moment i don't have any denatured alchahol (sp?) and i can't get to clean in between the fins of the head and i dont wanna spray water in there, its took risky so i was wondering what else i could do?

I would only use DA on the engine and electronics. I use a crest spinbrush to get in between them.

Thanks, Blazer i cheap toothbrush should do the trick!

Thanks for the help.

i spary it with nitro cleaner then take my scuba tnak and spray it off (make sure you wear safty glasses)

Yup, the toothbrush is definately a must in the toolbox. A good backup cleaner is WD-40. It will clear that dirt/film away and give whatever it is your cleaning a good protective coating. Q-Tips are nice to have around too.

90 psi always does the trick for me.... lol A good compressor can be a Nitro R/C'ers best friend...

I have used regular isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol for years without a problem...just get the 91% version...it's cheap, disolves grease, and evaporates...it won't hurt electronics either.
