What is the best stuff to use to clean a motor and carb? I want to take it apart and clean out the carb and motor. Dont really want to use the $8 a can nitro cleaner on it might take a few cans didn't know if alchohol would work or not

To actually clean the carb, most will suggest soaking it in nitro fuel. As far as the motor and the rest of the truck (except for the electrics), I recommend using Simple Green and water then thoroughly drying with compressed air.

Remember after the cleaning to relube with ARO, Marvels, or WD40 while reassembling. Once everything is "clean" you wanna protect everything from corrosion
