Starting a scale town?

No, I'm just on an rc spending spree right now. I haven't had much interest in rc for past couple of years. Making up for loss time.

This bug just looks too narrow, too tall, and too top heavy to go much faster.

I like it how it is. My thought on bearings was about longevity. It might not even be possible.
I think its a total score!
The video makes it seem like its scale speed is right. Its not so fast that it will just roll all the time too!
The detail on it at a lower price point is really surprising to me!

$55 is a bargain! I hope they come out with different colors in the future. Honestly, black is my very least favorite Beetle color. I would love it if they do something similar to a Herbie the Love Bug livery!

While still in my pjs, I attached all the chrome trims. No glue required, it just snaps in and stay on by friction.
Looks so good! I'm tempted to get another one just because it's so cheap for the amount of excellent scale details.
Ran it a little on the concrete, and it drives really nice! Scale speed, and it looks just as good moving. The remote looks soooo toy grade, but is surprisingly smooth in operation.

there are things i like and things i don't like about it's looks. but overall id drive it and keep it clean and on a shelf.

I've considered buying one of these as an indoor RC, $35-$40 on Bangood. Only problem is that I should be spending that money on my other RCs (plus I don't trust influencers).

Well, I'm certainly no influencer. This is a hidden gem if you're a classic beetle fan. Looks great, drives smooth, and a bargain for $50!

I have seen Tomley do a few seemingly honest reviews were he wasn't all drooly over the products...
Influencers "present" the products "outside the box". Its a better view than what we had to work with decades ago for certain!
The BEST advice and provb one of the most important things I learned in school...

I didn't buy this because of Tomley's video. The video just gave a close look at the product and also to see it in action. What sold me was the price, not the "influence".
